I was in an unfamiliar house that had a bunch of strange puddles. Some of them were bright green and others were an iridescent purple, but I didn't pay them too much attention until one of the purple ones begin to move on its own. I was in a section of the house that is designed to bee rock climbing exercise and while I was doing the rock climbing, I saw below me a purple puddle very small about the size of my palm moving around. So I stopped my exercise and I got on the floor level and I touched it and it began to crawl up my fingertips into my hand. When I examined it closer, I expected the puddle or liquid to continue rising up my body and eventually cover me completely, but it didn't. Instead, it began to lift off of my fingertips in the shape of a head with sockets for eyes, protruding nose and an opening for a mouth. I took the puddle to another room where my mom was and I showed it to her and the puddle lifted itself up and presented the head again My mom didn't seem too interested or even amazed. I was amazed but she wasn't and then the puddle flattened out again on my fingertips and then started to communicate by raising letters up and the message that came through on the puddle was that it had the ability to kill everyone if it wanted to. So then I asked it. Why would it want to kill and the puddle responded with the letters again that it doesn't like being frozen and it doesn't like being under extreme temperatures. So then I took the puddle and I showed it to my sister in another room and she was surprised that it was moving and interacting. Then she let me know that she had seen other puddles around the house that hadn't moved and I asked her where and she told me. So. I started visiting these other areas where the puddles were and they weren't moving but I was able to pick them up and integrate them with the one on my hand that was moving. Then the one on my hand raised letters again to communicate and the message this time was keep doing that keep grabbing the other ones and integrating them with me because I want to be bigger. I want to be as big as you. I want to be as big as a human at this point. Internally I knew that whatever this thing was was a threat. So I made up in my mind that I was going to collect all of them back under the guise of helping this thing and then once I got all of them I was going to destroy it with liquid nitrogen. So I began collecting the different puddles from the house, most of which were green. The only one that was purple was the first one but I came across my cousin in the kitchen and I had to speak with her and code so she would understand me but the puddle wouldn't understand me and I basically asked her to go to the store and get liquid nitrogen she agreed after I showed her this puddle that was interacting. Then I woke up in real life and I was extremely hot which made no sense because the room mom was asleep in was not hot. I stood under the air conditioner to cool down and once I cooled down I laid back down in the bed and I realized that I had been so hot while I was asleep that my bed had gotten wet from me sweating
Your dream is rich in imagery and emotional undertones, pointing to several themes and potential interpretations. Let’s break it down.
The unfamiliar house often represents the self or aspects of your life that feel foreign or unexplored. It could signify new experiences, changes, or feelings of insecurity or anxiety regarding these transformations. The strange puddles present in this setting suggest that there are emotional or psychological states within you that are not fully recognized or understood.
The puddles’ bright green and iridescent purple colors can represent different emotional states or energies. Green often symbolizes growth, renewal, or potential, while purple typically relates to spirituality, creativity, and intuition. The fact that these puddles are strange and initially ignored may imply that there are hidden facets of your personality or unresolved issues that need attention.
The movement of the purple puddle, especially, indicates that these feelings or aspects of yourself are beginning to come to the forefront—something you are slowly realizing is significant and needs exploration.
Rock climbing symbolizes challenges and the journey of self-discovery. Being engaged in this physical challenge while encountering the puddle indicates that you are at a stage where you’re trying to overcome obstacles in your life. Experiencing the puddle moving while you’re climbing could suggest that growth and challenges are intertwined; you might feel that personal growth requires navigating through uncertain emotions.
The communication from the puddle through letters represents your struggles with unacknowledged fears or anxieties. The warning that it could kill everyone hints at powerful feelings that, if left unchecked, could lead to negative consequences—perhaps in your interactions or relationships with others.
The puddle's acknowledgment of its dislike for being frozen or kept at extreme temperatures suggests a desire for freedom and acceptance. This can be a metaphor for aspects of your life that feel stifled or confined.
Seeking out other puddles and integrating them represents your desire to confront your different aspects and integrate them into a more unified self. It may also signify the importance of collaboration and understanding in dealing with multifaceted emotions. However, your underlying fear of their potentiality suggests that you’re aware that some emotions or experiences could lead to harm if not processed correctly.
Your decision to collect all the moving puddles and then ultimately destroy the threatening one with liquid nitrogen indicates a deep desire to ‘freeze’ or ‘terminate’ those troublesome feelings or fears. There’s an implication of trying to regain control over an aspect of your psyche that you perceive as dangerous, reinforcing the idea that emotions need to be dealt with constructively rather than forcefully suppressed.
This physical sensation upon waking suggests that the intense emotional experiences represented in your dream may mirror a heightened level of anxiety or stress you're experiencing in your waking life. The heat could symbolize overwhelming emotional circumstances that are boiling beneath the surface of your conscious mind. The wetness, particularly from sweating, indicates that these issues affect you at a core level, leading to discomfort when you try to rest peacefully.
Overall, your dream reflects an internal struggle with emotional recognition and integration. It suggests a profound journey of recognizing, confronting, and ultimately seeking to harmonize various parts of your psyche. The dream provokes a rich exploration of transforming potentially harmful emotions into sources of growth and understanding. Consider reflecting on the real-life issues or emotions that may relate to this symbolic experience to help you clarify how you want to navigate your feelings and relationships in waking life.
